The hotel confirmation module allows you to retrieve the hotel confirmation number (HCN) for reservations confirmed in the system.
This module is designed to provide customers with the confirmation number that hotels assign to their reservations, further ensuring that reservations made through Cangooroo have been received by the hotel and are confirmed.
The HCN is available in the reservation details, and you can search for a reservation using the “hotel confirmation number” filter.
Customers with the HCN module enabled will have the locator added to their reservation within 24 hours (provided the supplier makes it available within this timeframe; otherwise, we will only display the HCN once the supplier makes it available), along with a report detailing which reservations include this information and which do not.
