Cangooroo has a configuration that determines how multi-room reservations are handled when one of the rooms cannot be confirmed by the supplier.
The configuration can be accessed through:
Registration > Operator > Setting
The option is displayed as:
When this option is enabled, if one of the rooms in a multi-room reservation cannot be confirmed by the supplier, the other rooms may also be canceled, provided they are outside the penalty period.
