Two-Factor Authentication – Google Authenticator and Email Token

Security when accessing Cangooroo has always been our priority! That's why we strongly recommend using one of the two available two-factor authentication methods.

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

1. Click on “Registration” in the top menu.

2. Click on “Configuration” in the left-hand menu, under the “Operator” section.

3. Select your preferred option:

   • “Two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator”

   • “Enable authentication with email token”
     
     
     

   • ‼️ Important: If both options are enabled, Google Authenticator will be used for operator users. For agency users, the authentication method will depend on the configuration set for each agency.

     Once the feature has been enabled in the settings, you can activate it for your clients in either of the following ways:

     1. Use the link available on the configuration screen to enable it for all clients.

     2. Access each client's settings and enable the desired authentication method individually.
