To provide more flexibility and control over your operations, we have released a new voucher issuance feature. Now, you can customize which information is visible to your end customers and enable the new layout in just a few clicks.
How to access the settings
Go to Registration menu.
Go to Operator Settings.
Locate the Vouchers section.
Available Configuration Options
Each operation has unique needs, so you can adjust these fields according to your workflow:
Use new voucher: Activates the updated layout and new issuance features.
Setting: Set to "Yes" to modernize your customer voucher.
Show value on voucher: Determines if the price of the reservation or service will be visible on the voucher.
Pro Tip: If you prefer to keep pricing confidential from the end-user, select "No".
Show supplier code on voucher: Displays the integration code or direct reference from the supplier.
Pro Tip: We recommend selecting "Yes" if your supplier uses this code for faster check-ins or validation.
