The issue in CangoorooBackOffice occurs because the request is being made using an agency user, "ws_infotera". The CangoorooBackOffice.svc/GetBookingDetail endpoint will only return results when an operator user is used.
The following error, returned by ClientBackOffice.svc/GetBookingDetail:
"CangoorooLib_V2.Reserva.Reserva.carregar - [ERR_0247] Error loading a Booking -"
occurs because the user "ws_infotera" (Agency: Infotera Tecnologia de Informática) does not belong to the agency associated with booking 311014 (Agency: Orinter Atendimento SAO).
When using the ClientBackOffice endpoint, it is only possible to import bookings belonging to the agency associated with the user making the request.
